Cygnet Sauna Sessions

Situated on our Schweiss property overlooking the charming township of Cygnet, the Sessions space includes a Schweiss Barrel Sauna with a Huum Drop Heater and a Schweiss Cold Water Therapy Tub.

The space is completely secluded from the real world, offering a serene view of the hills behind. The only interruptions you might encounter are local wedge-tailed eagles, a few native hens, and wallabies.

It is your time to sweat, chill, and relax.

Schweiss Saunas’ philosophy is to foster all that is good about the sauna experience. Rushing is not good. We wish to provide a session where you have the time to enjoy your sauna as well as the time to relax. Both elements are vital.

Duration:

  • Sessions are for 2 hours
  • Relax and unwind without feeling rushed.

Privacy:

  • Sessions are private – no sharing with strangers.

Prices:

  • 1 person - $80
  • 2 persons - $120
  • 3 persons - $160
  • 4 persons - $200

Maximum 4 people per session. Schweiss will monitor numbers, so please do not try to bring more than booked in.

Opening Hours:

  • Weekdays: 5 pm to 9 pm
  • Weekends: 9 am to 9 pm

Important Notes:

  • Do not use the sauna if you have any medical conditions (such as severe heart disease, severe lung disease, inflammation, severe high blood pressure, kidney disease, epilepsy, hyperthyroidism).
  • Exit immediately if you feel dizzy or sick.
  • Stay well hydrated.
  • Do not use the sauna if you have been consuming alcohol or drugs (give them to Schweiss).
  • Use a towel on the bench at all times.
  • Please shower before using the sauna and chill bath.
  • Take a break between sauna sessions at least as long as the session itself.
  • The plunge pool (during the cool-down period) should be avoided by those with high blood pressure or a weak heart.
  • Do not use soaps, etc., in the shower.
  • Please leave the space as you found it (if cleaning or replacing is required, a fee will be applied).

  • Water bottle/tea cup (filtered water, kettle, and herbal tea provided)
